Engraving could be deeper
We got the heart shaped tag and only wrote 3 lines worth of characters out of the possible 5 lines. The quality is great. It feels heavy in my hand when I hold it. My only complaint is that I feel the engraving of my dogs name should have been deeper or in bold as it is easy to miss.
