It's that wonderful time of the year where we dream up our Halloween costume theme for the family and hunt for the perfect pet costume. Here at Funny Fur, we are gearing up for our annual Halloween charity party on Sunday, October 23rd from 5pm-8pm. Thanks to our generous sponsors, this fundraiser event will be our biggest one yet. We are so excited to see what our guests come up with. Each year, we are impressed with the creative costumes we see and the amount of time party goers put into their family's costume theme. The stakes are higher than ever. This year's costume contest winner gets a whopping $300 Funny Fur Gift Card!
The event will also have a photobooth custom outfitted for four-legged fur babies by our friends at Shutterbooth, hors d'oeuvres by State of Grace, cupcakes and pupcakes by Sprinkles, bundtinis by Nothing Bundt Cakes, blueberry facials by Haute Pets mobile grooming, silent auctions of big ticket designer pet accessories, scavenger hunt, and more. Our generous vendors have donated some amazing items for our silent auction. We have Louisdog pet beds, Susan Lanci Designs pet beds and accessories (sample pieces and limited edition items no longer available), Wooflink pet beds, Petote Metro 2 pet carrier, Richell pet gate, large Bowsers donut dog bed, and more. Our beneficiary this year is A Chance to Bloom, a local non-profit pet rescue in Conroe, Texas. They are one year in and are passionate to help the true underdogs who have been overlooked and have a bleak future.
